Here are some picture from the Iacono SS 13 Show. It was such an amazing collection!
So many great dresses and chic separates!  My favorite looks from the collection would be
the white sleeveless jumpsuit and the, also sleeveless, black metallic dress ( Pictured directly
   above the jumpsuit)

In between the shows I had the pleasure of meeting some lovely fellow style bloggers!
Lacey, Christina, and Martine of  Ingenue and Camp, Krystal of A Pinch Of Lovely,
                        and Juley of Upperlyne.

'' Celebrating its first birthday this October, the Iacono label is a direct personal extension of designer Lisa. All handmade in New Orleans, the clothes are luxury, fabric-driven statement pieces. The goal of each collection is to stimulate and inspire both viewer and wearer. ''

NOLAFW Day 2: Amanda deLeon S'S '13 Show

//  Love the military style helmets! //

// Can I have those pants? Pretty please? Just stunning //

// Me with the wonderful designer herself; Amanda deLeon //

This past Sunday I had the pleasure of attending the Amanda deLeon's S'S '13 Show!

The collection was full of beautifully made and unique pieces.  The amount of detail in each look was just breathtaking. I absolutely loved it! The show was slow but at the same time fast and
it gave each person there the chance to take in the beautiful outfits and admire each detail down
to the very last sequin on those amazing shorts! Love them!

My favorite thing about the show (besides all of the impeccably made clothes) was the the
beautiful dancer that closed the show. Her dress was just to die for! The woven details, the
sequins, metallic makeup, it was all just flawless.

                                                       Bravo Amanda!

NOLAFW Day 2: Construct Jewelry S'S '13 Show

// I wore- The Limited- Black Peplum Dress and Earrings, Trendz- Spiked Bracelet, D.I.Y.- Black
Ribbon Bracelet, Antonio Milani Bag, Steve Madden- Heels, and Kenneth Cole NY- Watch //

NOLAFW Day 2 couldn't have started off better!
This past Sunday I attended the Construct Jewelry and Amanda deLeon S'S '13 Shows.

The designer/creator of Construct,  Lauren Eckstein Schonekas, takes old Vintage and
antique pieces and turns them into elegant earrings, necklaces, and cuffs.

During the show, her beautiful designs were placed throughout the room and worn
by various models. They reminded me of Porcelain dolls as they remained perfectly still
                                                        throughout the show.

I instantly fell in love with the pieces (especially the bow-pearl necklace) and I have to
say, that the necklaces were probably my favorite.  I love the one that was resting on the stack
of books!  Hopefully someday soon, I will be able to own one of her lovely creations.
                                                            Bravo Lauren!
